No items will be scheduled for dispatch or collection until payment is reflected in our account. Credit card payments, instant EFTs and EFT payments from FNB/RMB will reflect immediately. EFT payments from other banks may take up 48 hours to reflect.
Back orders: please note that the entire order will be placed on hold until all items are in stock. International products may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Any cancelled orders may be subject to a surcharge.
SmartKit partners with ParcelNinja to ensure efficient shipping of orders. Please note that we only ship on weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Once your order has been dispatched from ParcelNinja you will receive a tracking number.
We ship anywhere in South Africa, to your door, at a flat rate of R60. You may also order from any SADC nation and request your own courier to collect, at not charge.

Tasmota and Soldering
Flashing of Tasmota or soldering is an additional optional service that may take 2-3 days. Should you request a device to be flashed or soldered please factor this into delivery times.
Free shipping will be available for all orders in excess of R1 500 ex VAT (R1 735 incl VAT).
Please wait until you receive a confirmation email from ParcelNinja that your order is ready, before attempting to collect your product. All orders must first be packaged and processed at the ParcelNinja warehouse prior to collection.

There is no fee for collections. Any orders that remain uncollected, after 3 working days, will be returned to the warehouse and a levy will be charged to dispatch again.
